How much does shipping cost?
Products in our website are all free-shipping. Free shipping world wide.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping time varies depending on item availability and the destination address. If the item is in huge need, then there might be 3-5 days of waiting before it gets sent out.
In general, orders are shipped between 1-5 business days. After that, orders from the US are delivered in 1-2 weeks while orders from other countries are delivered in 1-3 weeks.
Depends on the availability of items in your order, you may receive separate packages.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We have warehouses in California, New Jersey, South Korea, and China. Orders in the United States will be fulfilled from our US warehouses unless they are out of stock in which case they will be shipped from China. International orders will be fulfilled from China too because our biggest factory is there. .
Can I expedite my order/shipment?
Yes, we are. We offer expedited shipping for international orders via DHL. If you need something expedited, please let us know by emailing email@example.com. We will certainly do our best to meet your request. But the shipping won't be free. So please let us know in advance before you place the order.
What’s your return policy?
Return and Refunds are always the most important thing for our service.
We’re really confident that you’ll like and get charmed by cute good quality products, so we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. But we are still Human and there might be some unexpected errors or unknown carelessness. However, upon any unexpected occasions, We happily accept returns of undamaged items in unworn condition sent back to us within 30 days from the date when you received the products ordered. To start the returns process, simply drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return the products back to us.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Of course! For domestic orders, we happily exchange undamaged items in unworn condition. Email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase, indicating your order number, which item you’d like to exchange, and the item you’d like to exchange it for. We will then provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. As soon as we receive it, we’ll ship out the replacement item.
How will my refund be handled?
Your original payment will be fully refunded once we confirm the receipt of the returned items. That should happen within 2 business days of when the returned items are delivered.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before your order is shipped by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
